Cancelling, returns and exchanges

1. Cancelling

Did you place an order on our webshop but wish to cancel it?
Please contact us at webshop@marie-marie.be to see what’s still possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you can always return it to us (see section 2).

2. Returning

Would you like to return your item(s)? This can be done within 14 days of purchase, provided they haven’t been used or washed.
We always include a return form with every order, which you can fill out and send back to us along with the item(s).
This way, we know the reason for your return. Can’t find the form? You can download it here.

We choose not to include a return label with every order.
Therefore, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. If the wrong item was delivered or it arrived damaged, please contact us at webshop@marie-marie.be and we’ll discuss the next steps together.

The reason we don’t include a return label is because we aim to reduce our ecological footprint.
That’s why we strive to offer detailed product information and are always available for questions via email, phone, or social media.
This way, we hope our customers order the right products from the start – a win-win for everyone.
We’re also proud to say that our return rate is currently below 5%!

3. Exchanging

Did you order the wrong size? Not completely satisfied with the color? You can always exchange your purchased items for other ones.
