FAQ - Everything you need to know about our gift certificates

1. How can I buy a gift certificate?

You can purchase our gift cards in different ways:

Online

Choose a physical gift voucher in a beautiful gift box, including a delicately scented soap. Perfect for giving as a gift! You also get it sent to you via email, by the way, just to be on the safe side.

Need a last-minute gift? Then choose our digital gift certificate. You will receive it directly in your mailbox.

In our stores

Visit our stores in Antwerp or Knokke, where you can buy both the physical and the digital gift voucher.

2. How does the voucher code work?

Each gift certificate (physical or digital) has a unique voucher code. With this code you can use your gift certificate:

Online

Enter the code during checkout in our webshop.

In-store

Show the code at checkout during your purchase.

3. Do I have to spend the gift card all at once?

No, that is not necessary! If you use part of the amount, the remaining balance remains available. Keep the voucher code safe, because it allows you to use your gift card again later.

4. What happens if I lose my gift certificate?

No worries! As long as you have the voucher code, you can continue to use the gift certificate. Make a note of the code or save the mail of your digital gift certificate to be sure.

5. I have a gift voucher from before 03/12/2024. Can I use it online?

Yes, you can! Just send an email to webshop@marie-marie.be and we will make sure your gift certificate can be used online.

6. How long is my gift certificate valid?

Our gift certificates are valid for two years. The validity of the gift certificate is mentioned on the certificate itself. Make sure you use it on time so you can enjoy our beautiful bed and bath linens!
